DAYDREAMERS, HERE'S A POEM FOR YOU | TRACING CHARMS
"Sometimes we need fantasy to survive reality."
Isn't this quote relatable? We all have problems, right. They make us stressed, we overthink, we spend most of our time thinking about their solutions. Sometimes, do we try to escape it? Maybe some of us do. Well, one way to do that is to daydream. We customize scenarios the way we want and enjoy living in our utopia. Daydreaming helps us to let our problems slip for some time, increases creativity and even improves memory. Researches show that daydreamers are more empathetic, open-minded and understanding. So here comes a poem for you daydreamers.
DAYDREAMER
I wish I could stop time and imagine longer.
In my world, everything is already conquered.
It's hard to believe that it can't exist,
But it still persists.
Even if it's not real,
It gets all my wounds healed.
The joy that ripples through my whole being,
By the life, I'm overseeing.
I remind myself "It's just a reel world",
But it has all the things as precious as a pearl.
Hope you liked it!! Are you a daydreamer and a night thinker?
